ONLINE STORE POLICY
Brixton Parlour ships all throughout Canada and the rest of the world for your convenience. All orders placed online are processed within 48 hours and you will receive an e-mail notification once your order has shipped. If an item that you have ordered is unavailable you will be notified within 48 hours and given a shipping date and or wait time. Shipping times vary depending on the shipping option that you choose. Purchases made within Canada may be returned withing 7 days of the delivery date and refunded with the original payment method or store credit only. The items being returned must be unused, undamaged and in the original packaging with original tags and receipts, if the state of the returned item is not to the standard of our policy a refund or store credit will not be issued and your item(s) will be sent back to you. Shipping, duties and gift cards on all orders are non-refundable, all other costs not collected by Brixton Parlour are at the expense of the customer.
All shipping has been delayed due to Covid-19, please allow 2 extra business days grace for shipping due to Canada Post delays. Due to the nature of our products and sold goods, ALL SALES ARE FINAL until further notice due to COVID-19. We apologize for an inconvenience this may cause.
IN STORE POLICY
Brixton Parlour allows 14 days return for a store credit or exchange only. The items being returned must be unused, undamaged and in the original packaging with original tags and receipts, if the state of the returned item is not to the standard of our policy a refund or store credit will not be issued and your item(s) will be given or sent back to you.
Please note that if you are a new client to Brixton Parlour that you must book a complimentary consultation before your first appointment with your stylist. All bookings require a Credit Card on file as apart of our cancellation policy. If you fail to notify us of a cancellation or appointment move with less then 48 hours notice, you will be charged $25 as a result of the late notice. If you do not show up to your appointment and fail to provide any notice at all, you will be charged 50% of the service cost. If you choose to reschedule your appointment, this charge can be used for your next appointment. If you choose not to reschedule your appointment, the charge it non-refundable. Please note that we schedule our days accordingly with lots of time for each appointment. Especially now, given new protocols and capacity limits with Covid-19 we ask that you please respect our schedules as we respect yours.
